If you are looking for a program teaching robotics, programming, and how to give your children a chance to expand their understanding of the world that is exponentially being shaped by technology, Robotics Workshop is the place!

In Robotics Workshop we will Explore, Create and Share with LEGO's WeDo 2.0 Education curriculum and core sets, Build and Command custom Robots with LEGO's Mindstorm EV3 and learn about gears and engineering with LEGO's Machines and Mechanisms. This year we will also form our 2018-19 teams for First LEGO League and Jr. First LEGO League competitions. We'll use stop motion animation to bring our imaginations to life life with LEGO Creator, and program stories, games and animations with SCRATCH; all while sharing our creations with our friends and families and in the online community.

In addition to these classes available through Maggie's Place OnSite, we are adding a full-time Robotics Workshop at our Pancheri Dr. Learning Center where we'll have robotics classes for homeschool families, Boy Scout robotics merit badge workshops and will be the home base for our First LEGO League teams!

Robotics Workshop is now offered at 6 elementary schools in Eastern Idaho. Click on the "Register Now" button to see class times and locations.

Robotics Workshop for home-school students will be Fridays from 11am-12pm for ages 6-10 and 12:30-1:30 for students ages 11-17 beginning Feb. 2.

If you would like bring Robotics Workshop to your school, please contact Dan Randall at drandall@maggiesplaceonsite.com or call (208) 502-1112.
